1. ಸಂಭವನೀಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಆಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಆಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 15.12.2009 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11.00 ಘಂಟೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಖುದ್ದು ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದು.

2. ತಾತ್ಕಲಿಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಿಖಿತವಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 30.11.2009 ರಿಂದ 14.12.2009 ರವರೆಗೆ ಕಛೇರಿ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಖುದ್ದು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ದಿನಾಂಕ  14.12.2009 ರೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪುವಂತೆ ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವುದು. ಅವಧಿ ನಂತರ ಬಂದ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ಸಂಭವನೀಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಆಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು 1:1 ರ  ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.  ಸಂಭವನೀಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಆಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕ:  15.12.2009 ರಂದು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಂತರದ ಅರ್ಹ ಆಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು

4. ಸಂಭವನೀಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅರ್ಹ ಆಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಆಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ವಿಳಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದು.

5. ನಿಗದಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡದೇ ಇರುವ: ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದಿರುವ : ಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದ : ಅರ್ಹ ವಿರ್ದ್ಯಾಹತೆ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು  ವಜಾಕರಿಸಿದೆ.

1. The candidates shown in Provisional and waiting list have to come for verification with all original documents in person on 15.12.2009 at 11.00 am to Deputy Commissioner Office, Bangalore Urban District, Kempegowda Road, Bangalore.

2. Objections, if any to the provisional and waiting list can be filed in the Deputy Commissioner Office Bangalore Urban District in person or through post on or before 14th December 2009, 5.30 pm.

3. Provisionally selected list is prepared in 1:1 ratio,  if the provisionally selected candidates fail to appear for the verification on 15.12.2009 other eligible candidates will be considered for selection.

4. Provisional and Waiting list candidates are required to submit their original documents, for verification at the above mentioned address.

5. The application of those who have failed to produce necessary prescribed fees, not submission of documents, insufficient information or not having prescribed qualification have been rejected.
